By using Same Moon you agree to these terms. They're written to be read. Questions: hello@samemoon.space.

Who can use it

Accounts are for adults (18+). Grown-ups create the family and are responsible for the children's profiles and the family tablet. Children use Same Moon only through a tablet a grown-up has paired and approved.

Your family's content

Everything your family writes, draws, records or photographs belongs to you. You give us only the permission needed to store it and show it to your family. We don't use it for anything else. Please only share things you have the right to share, and nothing harmful or unlawful.

Keeping it safe

Keep your sign-in private and revoke a tablet straight away if it's lost. Invitations and pairing codes are single-use and expire — don't post them publicly.

Price

Same Moon is free today, with no ads and no in-app purchases. If storage and running costs grow, we may later offer an optional paid plan — for example for extra storage of photos and voices. If that happens we'll tell you well in advance, nothing you've made will be locked away, and you'll always be able to export your notebooks.

Availability

We work hard to keep Same Moon running and your notebooks safe, but it's provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted service. Please keep your own copy of notebooks that matter deeply to you using "Keep a copy". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses.

Ending

You can delete your family at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or put others at risk.

Changes

We'll let grown-ups know in the app before meaningful changes. See also our privacy promise.
